Our enrolment process
1. Application
Parents or carers submit an Application for Enrolment with required documentation to place their daughter on the waiting list.
Applications are managed via our EnrolHQ platform.
2. School tour
Families are invited to attend a mandatory School Tour, approximately three years before the commencement date they have applied for.
If there are no tours available, we invite you to book a personal consultation with our dedicated staff, to discuss your options.
3. List for interview
Applicants whose parents have attended a School Tour are ranked by date of application. Daughters of Queenwood Alumnae and current families are given priority.
4. Interview
Should an enrolment be available, families are invited to attend an interview with our Head of School. Enrolments at Queenwood School are offered at the discretion of the Head of School.
5. Acceptance offer
Upon receiving an offer for an enrolment, parents and carers have 14 days to accept by completing the Acceptance of Offer and returning it to the Enrolments Office with the non-refundable Acceptance Fee.
